Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Role

We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Bartender who embodies Aman’s dedication to warm, personalised and intuitive hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management team, the Bartender plays a key role in crafting refined beverage experiences for our guests. This position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering memorable moments across all dining venues.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails and wine to Aman standards.
  • Assist guests with personalised recommendations based on preferences and dining context.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of the bar area at all times.
  • Ensure accurate presentation, garnishing and execution of all beverage items.
  • Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams for seamless operations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and demonstrate intuitive and refined hospitality.
  • Monitor stock, manage replenishments and uphold proper storage practices.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety and quality protocols.
  • Contribute to an atmosphere of calm, precision and elevated service.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktail preparation.
  • Fluency in verbal Greek and English.
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are an advantage.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative, guest-focused and detail-oriented mindset aligned with Aman values.
  • You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
