The opportunity: Benefits Administration Specialist

Location: Poland

Job Summary
 

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the benefits administration for one or more countries in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, collaborating with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure excellent employee experience in the supported area.
 

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Develop and manage benefits enrollment coordination, testing, and eligibility monitoring and tracking.
  • Coordinate employee communications related to benefits and collaborate with vendors, the Center of Excellence (CoE), and the accounting department to ensure timely payment of monthly premiums and handle reimbursement procedures.
  • Ensure compliance by acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) internally and for service providers, supporting policy updates, maintenance, and handling complex benefits queries or escalations.
  • Support policy updates and maintenance. 
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums
  • Assist with the management relationships and coordinate tasks with vendors.  

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Significant Operational experience supporting different markets (HR, Benefits or Total Rewards), including at least one years experience with Benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, preferably in more than one EMEA location, with an understanding of the United Kingdom (UK) benefits context being a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability in strong analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required; knowledge of other European languages or systems like Workday and ServiceNow will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity
