Description
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager who will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our partnership, marketing, product, and operations teams to bring new advertisers and eCommerce clients onto the Shoparize platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about online marketing, eager to take

Role
 What you'll own
  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, webshops, and marketplaces across Europe.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and performance metrics.
  • Present Shoparize’s solutions to prospects - both virtually and at in-person events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Represent Shoparize at industry events, conferences, and client meetings acrossEurope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Continuously stay updated on digital marketing trends, performance KPIs, and competitive insights.

You'll thrive here if you..
  • 1–2+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally in online marketing, adtech, SaaS, or a related digital industry.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing metrics and concepts (CPA, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role within the online marketing industry (e.g., affiliate marketing, programmatic, performance marketing, or eCommerce partnerships).
  • Fluent in English; additional native-level European language (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and attend events.
  • Existing network of advertisers, agencies, webshops, or marketplaces is a strong advantage.
