WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Commercial Allocator EMEA based in Paris, your main contribution will be to be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time across the EMEA region. The role owns allocation, replenishment, and in-season stock optimization across full-price and off-price channels, supporting sustainable growth, strong sell-through, and a consistent brand message across markets.

This role works closely with Buying, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations, and plays a key part in translating commercial strategy into effective product flow across the region.

You will report to the President EMEA. You will play a vital role by:

·Own the weekly allocation and replenishment process for all EMEA stores across full-price and off-price channels

·Conduct weekly sales and stock analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing clear actions

·Monitor incoming deliveries and ensure timely and optimized allocation for launches, campaigns, and peak commercial periods

·Manage stock reservations, sales orders, transfers, and reallocations in the retail system

·Drive in-season stock redistribution between countries, channels, and stores to maximize sell-through and maintain seasonal messages

·Perform monthly reviews of inventory levels, sell-through, and markdown exposure, particularly in off-price, and recommend corrective actions

·Create and maintain size profiles and size distributions, in close collaboration with Global Buying & Planning

·Partner with Retail Managers and VM teams to support strong execution and client experience in stores

·Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Retail Operations to ensure efficient stock flow and operational alignment

·Contribute to regional and global planning initiatives and ad-hoc commercial projects as needed

Specific personal qualities for this role:

·Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with advanced Excel skills

·Confident working with sales, stock, and allocation data to drive decisions

·Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions and markets

·Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·Fluent in English is required; additional European languages are a strong advantage

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

·BA or MA degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Fashion

·Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar allocation or planning role within the luxury fashion industry

·Full category experience is preferred
