Description

You will be providing administrative support to our Retail audit business in Belgium, UK an EU countries. 



Responsibilities
  • Handle audit templates
  • Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems
  • Assist the EU auditors’s from the office for admin requests 
  • Reviewing and sending out audit reports
  • Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel
  • Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)
  • Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems
  • Scheduling of audits
  • Invoicing of clients 


Qualifications
  • Experience as administrative assistant or similar role

  • Experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems

  • A quicker learner of new systems and a problem-solver

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

  • A clear and proactive communicator

  • Details oriented 

  • Fluent in English, any other EU languages will be an asset (French, Italian, Dutch, German,... )

  • Temporary mission (temp/interim), full time, to start asap

  • Hybrid role, 3 days from our Diegem office, 2 days from home
