You will be providing administrative support to our Retail audit business in Belgium, UK an EU countries.
Experience as administrative assistant or similar role
Experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems
A quicker learner of new systems and a problem-solver
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A clear and proactive communicator
Details oriented
Fluent in English, any other EU languages will be an asset (French, Italian, Dutch, German,... )
Temporary mission (temp/interim), full time, to start asap
Hybrid role, 3 days from our Diegem office, 2 days from home
