We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator (f/m/x) to support our European Marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital performance activities across key channels. You bring hands‑on experience in digital marketing, enjoy working with data and creative teams, and feel comfortable taking ownership of your channels while contributing to a consistent and premium brand experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Social (Meta): Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across European markets. Manage budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements, and continuously test and refine setups to improve ROAS and conversion.
Email Marketing & CRM (Klaviyo): Execute newsletters and lifecycle campaigns, support segmentation and personalization, and run A/B tests to improve engagement and revenue performance.
Search & Performance Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies managing Google Ads and Merchant Center. Support planning, optimization, and monitoring across Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.
Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using GA4 and platform analytics. Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and campaign results.
Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels and ensure alignment between paid media, email, and e‑commerce activities.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, share relevant insights, and contribute to smooth coordination across the marketing and e‑commerce organization.
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
Around 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing; agency experience is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance KPIs.
Experience with GA4 and e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is an advantage.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Interest in the outdoor and mountain sports world — or simply curiosity and enthusiasm for what we do is a plus.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who already has practical experience and wants to continue growing in a supportive team. You don’t need to be an expert in everything - what matters most is a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and the drive to make an impact.
YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO THIS
An international, diverse team where your perspective truly matters.
Flexible working hours that allow you to structure your day in a way that works best for you and your team.
A balanced mix of office and home‑office work, giving you the flexibility to work in the environment where you’re most productive.
Attractive employee discounts to help you save on your favorite products.
Regular team events and shared activities that create space for connection, networking, and relaxed moments together.
Support for your mental well‑being through 'nilo', offering easy access to professional guidance whenever you need it.
A work environment where you can be yourself – no dress code, plenty of room for your personality, your ideas, and your potential.
