Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

Role

We are seeking a reliable, calm and guest-focused Driver who embodies Aman’s commitment to warm and personalised hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Head Driver, the Driver plays an important role in ensuring smooth, safe and refined transportation experiences for our guests. This hands-on position requires professionalism, strong communication skills and a genuine dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, punctual and courteous transportation for guests in accordance with Aman standards.
  • Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety and readiness.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling and offer personalised support throughout transfers.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of local routes, geography and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain accurate communication with the Head Driver and Front Office teams regarding schedules and updates.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, intuitive service.
  • Follow all road safety regulations and Aman operational procedures.
  • Ensure a calm and welcoming environment during guest transfers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chauffeur, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • A professional driving licence (Category C or higher).
  • Fluency in verbal Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of an additional language such as French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A well-presented, guest-oriented and detail-focused attitude aligned with Aman values.
  • You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
