As HRBP for Industrial Services, Capex & Spare Parts and for Global Operating Products, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the teams.
Main areas of accountability
- To support the MC members in all activities pertaining on HR, ranging from, but not exclusive to:
- Recruitment, selection & assessment
- Development and talent identification
- Compensation & Benefits
- Retention issues.
- For EPO, incumbent is accountable for the following processes:
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Career path deployment
- HR innovation projects
Areas of accountability
HR process management
- Manage the processes in HR for her perimeter.
- Develop, based on external best practices, improvement suggestions for the HR processes currently in use.
- Seek close coordination with Local HR network (local HR teams in clusters where most of the employees are based, HRSSC Luxembourg,).
- Manage and further detail out the career path for procurement.
- Develop relationships with business stakeholders and drive HR initiatives that deliver key business objectives, consistently providing proactive consultancy support to ensure compliance with legislation and business needs.
Performance Management
- Drive the Performance Management (GEDP) cycle and its consequences within the area of accountability
- Execute and interpret talent assessments
- Lead Career committees for the client group
Communication
- Ability and perseverance to independently discuss with Managers of ArcelorMittal, to defend the position of the function.
- Accessible for employees of different levels.
- Understanding of intercompany sensitivities.
Profile
- Master level degree, ideally in Business, HR or similar
- Through experience or education deep knowledge of International HR
- At least 5 years experience working in multinational environment within the HR function with focus on:
- Recruitment and selection
- Compensation & Benefits
- Leadership Development
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to various audience
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability managing quickly changing priorities and to work under deadlines
- Korn Ferry Leadership assessment certifications are a plus
- English Fluency
- Any other European language a plus
