This role offers a unique opportunity to work within one of the world's most innovative banks. 

As an Executive Assistant in the JP Morgan Payments team, you will provide senior-level support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, with experience supporting senior stakeholders and a team of at least 10-15 people, and interacting with clients and their assistants in a corporate setting. Ideally, if you can can demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a confidential and demanding environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide daily executive support to the Swiss Payments team, including senior bankers.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, and coordinating off-sites and client events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and client assistants, managing high-level interactions and coordinating schedules.
  • Handle client interactions and departmental scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Arrange complex global travel and entertainment bookings while monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
  • Utilize internal systems for data entry, reporting, and information management.
  • Maintain distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative tasks.
  • Support projects and training initiatives to enhance team operations.
  • Provide coverage for assistants across other Lines of Business as required.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proficiency in English and German, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of managing complex calendars and supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Prior experience interacting with clients, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
  • Expertise in arranging complex travel and optimizing schedules and costs.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality results under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in technology and familiarity with expense systems.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and an understanding of the Payments banking environment.
  • Ability to act as a role model, maintain professionalism, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Proactive in identifying and escalating concerns or issues to maintain operational integrity.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • French and Italian will be a plus
