This is your chance to become a core part of our high-performing team in the heart of Amsterdam. As an Executive Search Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and placing leadership talent for our clients, helping to build the foundations of innovative businesses across Europe and beyond.
Lead end-to-end executive search assignments, partnering directly with client stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
Hiring C-suite professionals for portfolio clients
Map, source, and attract high-calibre executive-level candidates using a blend of direct headhunting, networking, and digital channels.
Deliver insightful market intelligence and strategic advice during search projects.
Build and manage executive talent pipelines in diverse industries and geographies.
Champion a consultative, high-touch candidate journey—ensuring a professional, confidential, and engaging experience for every applicant.
Collaborate with Chapter2’s global recruitment and employer branding team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting ideally within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
Proven experience hiring C-suite professionals
Strong knowledge of Amsterdam and European executive talent markets is highly desirable.
Expert networker able to nurture senior-level relationships and uncover passive talent.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—the ability to influence and advise at board and C-suite level.
Structured, proactive, and data-driven approach to managing search assignments and pipelines.
Fluency in English is essential; Dutch and/or other European languages are advantageous.
Confident, resilient, and highly organised in the face of ambiguity and change.
A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion to help clients and candidates thrive.
