Who will you join?

Allianz SE Protection & Resilience is responsible for the governance and implementation of respective Group standards for the Holding company. We implement the core professional, procedural and organizational requirements to anticipate and prepare for, and adapt to changes and sudden disruptions in order to protect our people, our business operations, and physical assets.

We are seeking a Corporate Security Expert with the ability to translate complex protection requirements into actionable strategies across different business contexts and cultural environments.

You will take a leading role in executive protection, event security, and physical security – and support our efforts in enhancing security as an integrated, professionalized function.

As part of our Protection & Resilience team, you will not only contribute to emergency and crisis management, but also drive strategic alignment, internal stakeholder engagement, and security-related communications at senior levels.

How can you make an impact?

As an Expert in Corporate Security with a focus on Executive Protection, Event Security, and Physical Security, you will:

• lead and manage executive protection programs for board members and senior leadership, including international travel and high-profile engagements
• act as a partner of executive support teams
• plan, coordinate, and implement security concepts for international corporate events and high-visibility formats
• integrate physical, personal, and event security into holistic concepts tailored to the cultural, legal, and operational setting of each activity
• evaluate risks, conduct threat assessments, and provide clear recommendations to internal stakeholders
• manage security incident response and lead on-the-ground coordination during critical events
• represent Corporate Security in cross-functional settings and serve as an internal ambassador for risk-aware operations
• strengthen collaboration with law enforcement, global private security partners, and other Allianz entities
• support the continuous development of a professional, adaptive security culture within a complex, multinational environment

What are you made of?

We are looking for a candidate with solid strategic and operational expertise in Executive Protection, Physical, and Event Security, combined with a strategic and proactive approach to risk management.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in event security planning, executive protection programs, and physical security management
• 3+ years in Law Enforcement, Corporate Security, or similar roles
• Proven track record in executive protection operations and close protection activities, with a focus on high-profile individuals and high-stakes environments
• Hands-on experience in security investigations, security technologies, and tactical threat management
• Strong operational and tactical knowledge of threat management and risk mitigation
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent education/training

Skills & Competencies:

• Self-driven, strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills under high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and Adobe Suite
• Excellent skills in consulting of top management and employees
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong security awareness, assertiveness and a confident appearance
• International mobility, with availability to travel internationally (up to 30%)

Additional Plus:

• Hands-on experience in collaboration with government agencies, law enforcement, or intelligence services
• Experience in applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
