About the job:

As Facilities coordinator supporting Southern Europe region (Spain, Portugal, Italy & Greece), you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of Opella’s fleet and workplace environments. You will collaborate with diverse teams across the region, support Opella’s sustainability ambitions, and contribute to building safe, inclusive, and high‑performing workplaces.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate fleet operations across Southern Europe, serving as the primary contact between internal stakeholders and fleet providers.

  • Monitor fleet performance and contractual service levels, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and cost control.

  • Support the implementation of fleet policies, digital tools, and sustainability initiatives aligned with Opella’s CO₂‑reduction goals.

  • Manage fleet reporting, invoicing, and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

  • Lead coordination of HSE activities for office and field teams, ensuring alignment with global and regional programs.

  • Support HSE compliance by tracking risks, following up on audits, and contributing to emergency preparedness and safety programs.

  • Office Management support: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for local and regional stakeholders.

About you

  • Experience in Fleet Management, HSE, Operations, or Facilities coordination roles in a multinational or regional environment.

  • Knowledge of European and Spanish HSE regulations; experience working across multiple European markets is a strong plus.

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and multiple priorities.

  • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster collaboration in multicultural environments.

  • Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and digital platforms to support decision‑making.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (professional working level); additional Southern European languages are a plus.
