As Field Marketing Lead for Southern Europe & Benelux, based in Paris, you will own the regional field marketing strategy and execution across France, Spain, and the Benelux. Acting as the regional marketing lead, you will drive market-relevant programs that increase brand visibility, pipeline creation, and ARR growth.
Working in close partnership with Sales and SDR teams, you will deliver integrated field initiatives that accelerate demand, influence current opportunities, and aid sustainable regional growth, while continuously feeding strong local market insights back into the global marketing organization.

Own the Southern Europe & Benelux marketing strategy, developing programs aligned with regional revenue, pipeline, brand awareness, and customer acquisition goals
Drive measurable pipeline impact, owning targets for sourced and influenced pipeline and assisting ARR growth
Grow regional brand awareness and market presence through integrated field, PR, paid, and thought-leadership initiatives, positioning the company as a trusted category leader
Spearhead and develop high-impact field initiatives, including flagship events, executive dinners, trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and user groups, in collaboration with the Event and Community Team.
Partner with PR agency to amplify regional campaigns, customer stories, and executive visibility across Southern Europe & Benelux
Localize global campaigns to ensure relevance for regional audiences while maintaining global brand consistency
Act as the voice of the region, sharing market feedback, customer insights, and performance learnings with global marketing teams
Guide the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and clear prioritization
Track, evaluate, and report on performance using clear KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue, awareness metrics)
Direct cross-functional collaboration with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless implementation and customer-centric programs
Oversee and mentor agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to scale completion effectively across markets
What makes you a great fit:
7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in field, regional, and digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth scale-up environment
Proven experience to build and scale brand presence while driving pipeline and ARR growth through integrated marketing programs
Strong experience working with with sales and SDR Team
Demonstrated expertise in events, ABM, digital marketing, PR, and integrated campaigns
Data-driven mindset with the knowledge of how to define KPIs, measure impact, and maximize programs based on analytics
Aptitude to thrive in an international, high-growth environment
Strong guidance, collaboration, and communication experience, and possesses the knowledge to influence stakeholders across regions and functions
Must have C2 level or equivalent native-level proficiency in French
Nice to have:
Fluency in another European Language - Spanish
Experience working in cybersecurity
