We are looking for fluent Italianspeakers with a good English level, to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Italian and have a good English level (B2)
- Good communication and soft skills
What you will have to do:
- Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities;
- Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space;
- Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals
