The Global HR System and Business Analyst is responsible to act as the bridge between human resources, IT, and business strategy, managing technology that supports workforce operations across multiple countries, languages, and legal frameworks. This role is critical for streamlining international HR processes such as payroll, compliance, and talent management into a single, unified, or integrated digital platform
What You will do
- Oracle HCM System Ownership: Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, owning system configuration, upgrades, workflows, integrations, and continuous improvements to meet regional and business requirements.
- Requirements Definition: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Business-to-Technical Translation: Convert complex HR needs into functional, technical, and data-driven solutions aligned with Oracle HCM capabilities.
- System Design & Testing: Support solution design, use case development, and end-to-end testing to ensure system changes meet defined business requirements.
- Integration & Data Management: Manage and oversee system interfaces, ensuring secure, accurate data flow between Oracle HCM and connected enterprise systems.
What You Bring to The Team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle HCM.
- 1–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst; IIBA / ITIL / CBAP certification a plus.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, data privacy, and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS data, reporting, and tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
