Alicat Scientific Europe is looking for a Growth & Conversion Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-performance B2B growth engine. This role goes beyond traditional marketing and focuses on owning, optimizing, and scaling the full commercial funnel—from first touch to closed deal.
The position is highly analytical, experimental, and impact-driven, with direct influence on revenue, conversion efficiency, and commercial strategy. You will work closely with the General Manager Europe and collaborate internationally with the US headquarters.
Own the full commercial funnel: Traffic → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Win
Design, build, and scale a predictable pipeline through data-driven growth initiatives
Implement and optimize lead scoring, automation, and nurturing flows in HubSpot
Continuously improve funnel performance through structured experimentation
Lead CRO initiatives across landing pages, campaigns, and lead flows
Set up and analyze A/B tests and experiments
Translate insights into scalable improvements and repeatable growth patterns
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Build a consistent rhythm of campaigns, experiments, and performance analysis
Target new OEM and industrial segments to drive qualified demand
Build dashboards and performance reports using HubSpot and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
Analyze funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI
Use insights to guide commercial and marketing decisions
+50% increase in MQLs from new OEM target segments
+50% improvement in MQL → SQL conversion
+30% improvement in SQL → Opportunity conversion
Mature lead scoring and marketing automation in HubSpot
Established experimentation and optimization cadence
Clear, measurable impact on revenue and growth speed
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Marketing Management
Commercial Economics
Marketing Analytics
or a related, data-driven field
2–5 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
Strong knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows and automation
Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Comfortable working with Power BI or similar BI tools
Strong analytical mindset with a structured experimentation approach
Affinity with technology, industrial, or high-tech products
Background in B2B hardware, SaaS, or industrial marketing
Knowledge of growth loops, lead scoring frameworks, and automation models
Build the European growth foundation, not just run campaigns
Full ownership of funnel strategy, tooling, and experimentation
