We’re seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead culinary operations at our new 80-seat Pasadena restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about seafood, Italian cuisine, and high-volume excellence. You’ll oversee kitchen operations, menu execution, and team development - ensuring consistency, quality, and the culture that defines The Daily Catch brand.

Founded in 1973 in Boston’s North End, The Daily Catch is a family-owned Sicilian seafood and pasta institution known for authentic East Coast flavors and craftsmanship. With three Boston restaurants and a seafood wholesale business, we’re proud to bring our heritage to the West Coast with our first California location - opening in Pasadena in December 2025.
We will be serving fresh New England seafood flown in multiple times per week and prepared with our classic Sicilian recipes, that have satisfied seafood lovers for over 50 years!
