Why This Role is Right for You As Head of Large & Key Accounts, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Stockholm. 

What you’ll do:

•Manage and lead our growth engine LAKA Commercial in Sweden.
•Accelerate our LAKA Sales team performance
•Responsible for front- and back book sales as well as retention
•Responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and commercial plan across the LAKA segment including adoption of new propositions
•Further accelerate an already strong sales mentality within our LAKA team
•Perform in line with yearly P&L objectives
•Challenge status quo to always strive for improvements across the value chain and enforce a “challenger” mentality always putting the customer first
•Define and follow up on clear KPIs for your direct reports
•Understand the dynamics of the market and identify opportunities to grow the business
•Recognize market developments and opportunities and translate them into effective top-line approaches and operational plans & programs
•Communicate the vision, strategy, and objectives throughout the organization, encouraging cross-divisional collaboration and teamwork to drive continuous improvement
•Be part of the Swedish leadership team and support our overall country agenda
•Work collaborative across teams and business units to support our growth agenda
 

How you’ll do it:

•Use your extensive and diverse leadership experience to influence, engage and build strategic and operational momentum for our growth journey in Sweden with specific focus on Large Accounts. You operate ”hands-on” as well as strategically with people and problems – aligning well with senior leadership teams and experts from Country to Nordics and Group functions level to create right mission and efficient execution plans. 
•Leverage your strong and influential way of working to drive company organisation and culture to a high level of customer centricity focus and build a team that is able to take the company forward with both quality and pace.
•You utilise your strong skills in creative problem solving, structured way of working, and effective communication to make real and positive change.
•As a person you are accustom to working in crisis and with transformations. You  like to explore and are curious to challenge the conventional thinking and push innovation.
•Strong ability to process complex information and focus on gather data driven insights and solutions.
•Set ambitious goals and drive a challenger mentality the ensure success

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: 

•Industry-leading knowledge of payments or a related industry including insight, key trends, merchant and customer behaviours.
•Strong leadership experience and clear track record of proving commercial impact through operational and strategic execution.
•Proven ability to develop, evolve and optimise effective Sales strategies, mentalities and value propositions – with experience of what “Great” products/services/mindsets that drives customer centricity are made and deployed.
•Significant track record of successful leadership in a complex, multi-national and diverse matrix environment.
•Fluent English and Swedish essential, fluency in another European language an advantage.
