Your Tasks:
- You drive organizational development in our plants by strengthening technical, methodological, and leadership capabilities.
- You develop and implement the ManEx strategy, engaging key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across management and mills.
- You foster a collaborative leadership culture within the ManEx Team and across mill operations.
- You introduce and standardize company-wide practices to enhance efficiency, technological leadership, and overall profitability.
- Maintenance Excellence program is part of the ManEx program.
- You create and implement technical training packages to build operational capability.
- You support cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives to continuously increase mill competitiveness.
- You organize networking and knowledge exchange between mills, OPM, and Group Functions.
- You coach and develop the ManEx Team using WEPA tools such as PEP, StrengthsFinder, Engagement Surveys, and Development & Succession Planning.
Your Profile:
- Qualification: You hold a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience & Know-How:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing excellence.
- You have extensive Leadership experience in leading big organizations (plant Manager position).
- Extensive operational experience in production processes and their development and optimization.
- You have experience of successfully leading cross-functional teams across multiple, international locations.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools and experience in their implementation.
- Working: You improve ways of working, drive performance and make smart decisions based on solid business understanding.
- Languages: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German, French, Italian are of advantage.
