As Head of New Markets, you will be the driving force behind voize's international expansion into new geographies (US, UK, France) and new verticals (Hospital, Disability Care). You'll architect our Go-to-Market Playbook, lead an ambitious team of BD Managers, and personally secure the first beachhead pilot contracts - turning voize's proven German success into a global story.
Lead & develop your team: Coach and manage a diverse team of BD Managers across international markets and new verticals, setting clear goals and maintaining high accountability
Open new markets hands-on: Join high-level sales meetings, shadow nurses on-site, and close the first paid pilots in new segments - you don't just delegate, you lead from the front
Build the GTM Playbook: Convert raw market intelligence into a standardized, repeatable blueprint that future markets (Spain, Italy, new verticals) can follow
Drive strategic Go/No-Go decisions: Define market entry gates based on structural feasibility - EHR API access, compliance requirements (HDS, HIPAA), and integration paths
Align product and market needs: Work closely with the Founders and Engineering team to ensure product adaptations match the realities of each new market
5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in complex Go-to-Market roles - ideally in regulated industries
"From scratch" builder: You've successfully taken at least one market or vertical from zero to first significant revenue milestones
Leadership experience: You've managed or led a team and know how to develop people while maintaining high performance
Complex sales expertise: You thrive in long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical integrations
English (C1) level is essential; French or other European languages are also desirable
Bonus: Healthcare experience (EHR dynamics, nursing workflows, or clinical sales) is advantageous
