Description

Trevi SpA, for a project in Spain, is looking for an:

HR GENERALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HRBP in implementing the Division’s HR processes, ensuring alignment with company needs in terms of HR procedures and required resources.
  • Assist the HRBP in the proper application of policies and instructions issued by the HR Department regarding human resources management.
  • Manage recruiting activities, supporting the HRBP in identifying candidates aligned with business needs.
  • Provide support to the HRBP across all HR processes: Performance Management (PMS) campaigns, training activities, industrial relations, and administrative tasks, in collaboration with the dedicated Corporate HR functions.
  • Gather information to produce statistical reports as requested by the HRBP.
  • Update archives, HR management software, and related databases.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in HR administrative procedures (hiring, terminations, contract changes, etc.).
  • Understanding of the main principles underlying HR processes.
  • Familiarity with the Division’s applicable national collective labor agreement (CCNL).
  • Knowledge of the company’s organizational structure.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in the HR software applications used within the organization.
  • Spanish language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
