At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Project Manager within Eni Banque in Brussels, Belgium. You will partner with teams across the business to implement both BAU and strategic initiatives, ensuring full compliance with sector regulations.

Main responsibilities:

• Project management of a portfolio of IT projects for stakeholders across the business, from requirements gathering to planning, execution and monitoring. 
• Ongoing monitoring of all projects with updates provided to the relevant development team on a weekly basis, and to the wider IT team on a monthly basis. 
• Project reporting to the ICT Manager on a weekly basis, maintaining a “project book” in the meantime to track all development activities.
• Functional analysis of all new projects following meetings with the business, working with the ICT Manager to determine the development priorities.
• Prepare support documentation to assist the ICT Manager in meetings with the Management Committee.
• Prepare, completes and checks all project-related documentation, archiving this in accordance with the Eni Group, SOX and FSMA standards and requirements.

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in an IT-related field.
• Prior experience in a project management or programme management role within IT.
• Experience working in a global business environment, managing both internal teams and external suppliers/vendors.
• Previous experience with vendor selection and contracting.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, networks and servers within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of ICT governance and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and externally, translating business requirements into effective solutions.
• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French would be an advantage.
