Are you ready to launch your career in the heart of Europe’s financial markets? Join our index sales team as a client services associate, based in London or Amsterdam.

You will play a key role to support the commercial success of Euronext’s index products by managing client relationships, overseeing revenue operations and ensuring smooth execution of contracts and processes. You will learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Acting as the main contact for client enquiries and internal requests, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Managing client onboarding, including contract review and set-up on relevant systems.
  • Supporting clients and colleagues with questions about contracts, commercial terms and index products.
  • Assisting with revenue operations, including monthly reporting and account reconciliations.
  • Making sure our reporting and contractual processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Supporting teams across business development, finance, legal and marketing on exciting index product projects.
  • Suggesting new ideas to improve how we work and enhance the client experience.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues from across Europe.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); another European language is a plus.
  • Experience in client service, account management or financial operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
  • Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
