Right now, we are looking for Intern Procurement Data ComplianceĀ 

What will You Do:Ā 

  • Participate in procurement projects to ensure compliance with Product specifications and SAP dataĀ 

  • Communicate with external vendors on a daily basisĀ 

  • Support the team in day-to-day activities including invoice reconciliation, preparation of reports, data entry and data verification tasksĀ

What Will You Need:Ā 

  • Very good in English verbal and written communication. A second European language will be an advantageĀ 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft ExcellĀ 

  • Resiliency and ability to adjust to changing variables in the workplaceĀ 

  • Open mindset and continuous improvement approachĀ 

  • Very good communication & presentation skills – self- drivenness, openness to communicate on various levelsĀ 

  • Engagement to operate proactively, anticipating possible problems, opportunities, and challengesĀ 

  • Interest in fields of Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Service, Chemistry or other relevantĀ 

  • Previous work experience would be an advantageĀ 

  • Experience in working in project groups is welcomedĀ 

  • Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment will be an advantageĀ 

  • Availability minimum 25 h per weekĀ
