Right now, we are looking for Intern Procurement Data Compliance 

What will You Do: 

• Participate in procurement projects to ensure compliance with Product specifications and SAP data 

• Communicate with external vendors on a daily basis 

• Support the team in day-to-day activities including invoice reconciliation, preparation of reports, data entry and data verification tasks

What Will You Need: 

• Very good in English verbal and written communication. A second European language will be an advantage 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excell 

• Resiliency and ability to adjust to changing variables in the workplace 

• Open mindset and continuous improvement approach 

• Very good communication & presentation skills – self- drivenness, openness to communicate on various levels 

• Engagement to operate proactively, anticipating possible problems, opportunities, and challenges 

• Interest in fields of Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Service, Chemistry or other relevant 

• Previous work experience would be an advantage 

• Experience in working in project groups is welcomed 

• Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment will be an advantage 

• Availability minimum 25 h per week
