Intern Technical Support – 12 months paid contract (Hybrid work)

 

Location: Warsaw, PL

As a Tech Supp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of Honeywell's IT systems. As the lead specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating support activities, providing technical expertise, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Your in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining our technology infrastructure. Your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will shape the future of our IT support. This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

  • 1st line of support to Security Products Technical engineers and stakeholders over touchpoints; phone and e-mail.
  • Manage and log requests on Security Products asset system Salesforce/ NEX.
  • Support Honeywell brands with further touchpoints under the multi-range support umbrella.
  • Issuing customers with literature that can support and promote self-help. 
  • Develop FAQ’s, Technical Tips, and ‘How-To ’videos on Hardware and Software applications to achieve KCS maturity.
  • Supporting other parts of the business to resolve escalated issues arising from customer contact, i.e., complaint ownership and call escalation.

 

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

  • Educational background or personal interest in technology, electronics, or security systems such as access control, alarm systems, and CCTV.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, or French preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in customer service through academic projects, volunteer work, or part-time roles, with a strong desire to grow professionally in a support-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
  • Well-organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook; quick to learn new software and systems.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
