Develop and execute HEOR strategies to support pricing and market access, product differentiation, and value communication across the product lifecycle.
Monitor evolving payer requirements, HTA trends, and health policy developments to proactively shape evidence generation strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Design and implement HEOR studies, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, burden of illness, and real-world evidence analyses, to inform strategic decision-making and strengthen payer engagement.
Lead evidence generation plans, including literature reviews, meta-analyses, indirect treatment comparisons, and economic modeling, to support payer submissions and demonstrate the value of diagnostic products.
Support the development of market access tools, such as global value dossiers, value kits, and payer communication materials tailored to the diagnostics landscape.
Communicate HEOR plans and study results effectively to internal stakeholders and external audiences, ensuring alignment and credibility with payers and thought leaders.
Coordinate multiple projects across therapeutic areas to demonstrate the value of GE HealthCare products in diverse clinical applications.
Work effectively in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, and Global Product Management teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Health Economics, Business, or a related field (e.g., health services research, statistics, epidemiology).
Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or within a research organization/consultancy.
Proven track record in developing and implementing evidence generation strategies to achieve positive pricing and reimbursement outcomes for medical technologies.
Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements and financial decision-making processes.
Working knowledge of diverse healthcare systems internationally, including HTA and reimbursement frameworks.
Experience influencing and collaborating with multi-national, virtual teams in a matrixed environment.
Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
PhD or Clinical doctoral degree (MD, PharmD) with a master’s degree in health economics, health services research, statistics, economics, or epidemiology.
Ability to develop and communicate health economic deliverables through digital platforms.
Ability to generate original ideas for research projects, apply innovative solutions, think creatively and strategically, and approach situations from multiple perspectives.
Capable of synthesizing complex information and focusing on critical priorities.
Experience in applying techniques of health economic evaluation to the area of diagnostic imaging and/or medical devices.
Strong understanding of customer needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends and considers the external impact of business activities and decisions on stakeholders (customers, market/industry, investors, media, government, and communities).
Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is highly valuable.
