Purpose of the position:

• Deliver public training courses and in-house training solutions to the BSI standards of excellence, in order to develop knowledge and skills
• Coach new and existing tutors in contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.

Key responsibilities:

• Continually enhance the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent delivery of training courses/solutions and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders; 
  Provide feedback to support course development in line with the new course and existing product development process and methodologies;
• Ensure that value is added to customers and their business/organisation through the delivery of BSI training courses;
• Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines;
• Proactively engage with BSI tutors and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement, in line with the BSI standards of excellence for training delivery;

Skills:

• Understand any standards (13485, 50001, BRCGS), guidelines and applicable regulations, posses knowledge of key management concepts & principles, be familiar with how to implement these systems and being able to conduct an effective audit;
• Fluent in Polish/German/Dutch and English (any other European languages are a plus);
• Training delivery experience;
• Ability to coherently deliver training courses across the full spectrum of the delegate profile (boardroom to shop floor);
• Knowledge of individual learning styles and how to address these through the design and development of training courses through the use of accelerated learning techniques;
• Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations;
• Understanding of tutor development processes, training needs analysis and training evaluation techniques.
