Your primary role will consist of engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main communication channel for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Collect customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Educate clients on product features and best practices for use.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and customer service techniques.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
