Your mission will be to engage prospective students from the Swedish market, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right Hyper Island learning path—across our Diploma Programs and Upskill Courses—while supporting them throughout the enrollment journey

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: from qualifying leads to converting interest into confirmed enrollments, before handing over to the post-sales team
  • Manage inbound leads and re-engage inactive prospects through daily sales calls and timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to streamline the acquisition process and ensure timely, high-quality interactions
  • Partner with the marketing team to share qualitative feedback from prospects and contribute to market research efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using HubSpot CRM to ensure clear tracking and performance visibility
  • Offer consultative support, helping candidates make confident, informed decisions about joining our learning community
  • Continuously improve your pitch and approach to boost conversion rates and deliver impact on sales targets

About you

On top of this, you are:

  • Experienced with at least 1 year in sales or business development

  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate there with the motivation to stay long-term
  • Eager to grow your career in sales and take ownership of your results
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and energized by daily conversations with prospects
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot strongly preferred), even at a basic level
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
  • A clear, empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Both a self-starter and a collaborative team player
