We’re looking for a Junior Employee Lifecycle Specialist with Italian to support HR processes across the entire employee journey. This is your chance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

About the Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from hire to retire (including onboarding, job changes, working time changes, probation periods, and separations)
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data and documentation in line with defined KPIs
• Maintain high data quality across HR systems and generate reports from Workday and the time & attendance system
• Provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers, handling inquiries via ServiceNow
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Support global and local HR projects by assisting with tasks, preparing materials, and collaborating with team members
• Update operational manuals and create knowledge articles to support continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Professional experience in a similar role within an international setting would be an asset
• Fluency in Italian and English (speaking and writing), basic knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be beneficial
• Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Time and attendance systems) – nice to have
• Good command of Excel
• Attention to details combined with teamwork and customer orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work and interface effectively across all levels of the organization
• Innovative mindset and a can-do attitude whenever possible
