What you'll be doing

• Assist in the design and development of Pega applications.
• Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation for solutions and processes.
• Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Stem field
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform or other BPM solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience in designing and developing user interfaces (UI), configuring flows, creating Data Pages, and implementing reporting solutions.
• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or Higher) certification.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Italian would be nice to have.
