In this opportunity, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for multilingual roles, namely positions in Customer & Technical Support, Sales and other back-office roles, in Athens, Thessaloniki and other large hubs all across Europe.

The successful TAS will be directly involved in the recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, creating attractive job ads and thinking of creative ways to attract new talents. Your communication will extend beyond candidates; you'll also collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and achieve the best outcome.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and other creative channels
- Be responsible for preparing job descriptions, posting job ads in career sites and social media
- Conduct interviews in order to assess and select the best fit
- Interact with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks
- Get involved with the project’s recruitment strategy and participate in clients' meetings
- Be responsible for the organization and execution of the company’s career events
- Track key metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates)
Requirements- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven track record in multilingual, mass recruitment or sales will be considered an asset but not mandatory to have
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English as well as another European language is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a proactive, “make-it-happen” attitude and a genuine growth mindset
