Job Description

As the Manager of the Analytical Support Hub in Warsaw, you will lead a newly established team that provides centralized analytical support to multiple Western European markets. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and fostering collaboration across countries and internal NIQ teams. You will manage a team of Insight Analysts, oversee project delivery, and act as the key liaison between local client-facing teams and the Warsaw hub, ensuring high-quality outputs that help local teams and ultimately clients achieve their strategic business objectives. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Operational Excellence 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring the delivery of analytical outputs on time and meeting our quality standards. 

  • Monitor workload distribution and ensure efficient resource allocation. 

  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, interpretation, and visualization in all deliverables. 

  • Implement best practices, process optimization, and automation initiatives, whilst promoting the adoption of global standards and contributing to international best practices. 

  • Team Leadership & Development 

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. 

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and develop a high-performing team of analysts. 

  • Stakeholder Management 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal NIQ stakeholders. 

  • Build strong relationships with local market teams to understand their needs and align support accordingly. 

  • Communicate effectively across multicultural teams and geographies. 

  • Strategic Contribution 

  • Support the design and implementation of the hub’s long-term strategy. 

  • Provide insights on team performance and contribute to business cases for future growth.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or data-driven roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. 

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and data visualization skills. 

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 

  • Fluent in English (C1 level); additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are an asset. 

  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under tight deadlines. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural setting. 

  • Experience in FMCG and/or Tech & Durables industries is highly desirable. 

  • Comfortable working in a virtual and international environment.
