Marketing Communications Associate – Fixed Term contract up to 12 months 

Biotage is seeking a creative, results driven marketing communications associate to execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns across EMEA. Exciting opportunity to work with global and regional teams driving engagement and brand awareness. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deploy marketing campaigns and launches regionally while executing promotional activities to strengthen Biotage’s presence across EMEA.

  • Manage and optimise advertising campaigns using HubSpot and SFDC tracking performance and insights. 

  • Contribute regional insights to campaign planning, tailoring strategies to local market needs. 

  • Identify new marketing opportunities and explore innovative approaches to boost engagement.

  • Create and adapt promotional content using Biotage brand templates for email, social media and sales presentations. 

  • Assist with social media and digital asset creation using Canva templates. 

  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure campaign alignment. 

  • Manager relationships with media vendors and monitor campaign performance for continuous improvement. 

  • Oversee the regional advertising budget and report on ROI. 

  • Update project tool and present regular reports in marketing meetings. 

 

Key skills and requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field 

  • Experience within a similar role ideally - Life sciences experience is highly desirable. 

  • Process orientated with strong administration skills. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot and SFDC preferred). 

  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Linked in etc). 

  • Creative thinker with strong communication skills and attention to detail. 

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Analytical and results driven, with experience tracking and optimising campaigns. 

  • Fluent in English, additional European language is a plus.
