We’re looking for a Marketing Designer – Paid Media & Motion (m/f/d) to strengthen our performance marketing output across SHYNE & Pomélo+Co.
Performance-focused design: Create compelling static and motion assets for Meta ads and other paid channels, with a strong understanding of conversion, formats, and testing needs.
Campaign asset creation: Design performance-driven visuals for e-commerce entry points, social media ads, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Motion & video support: Produce and adapt short-form motion graphics and video assets (e.g. ad animations, cut-downs, simple edits) to enhance campaign performance.
Brand & performance balance: Translate brand guidelines into conversion-oriented layouts that feel premium, modern, and on-brand.
Collaboration with marketing teams: Work closely with performance and marketing stakeholders to translate KPIs and insights into effective visual solutions.Collaboration within the design team under the lead of design team lead.
Shared design workflow across both brands: Be part of a collaborative team of designers, contributing a strong performance mindset to our overall design output.
3–4 years of experience as a digital designer in an in-house or agency environment, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing or paid social.
Excellent layout and visual design skills, especially for Meta ads and conversion-driven assets.
Excellent skills in Figma and solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for basic motion and video adaptations.
Understanding of performance principles (formats, hooks, testing variations, clarity, speed).
A strong aesthetic eye with interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Language skills: English (C1). Native German, French, or Italian is a plus.

We are less interested in long brand movies or purely artistic motion pieces and more in clear, effective designs made to perform.
