Role Overview
This role offers end-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns, combining strategic thinking with hand-on ownership of delivery. You will shape campaign direction, oversee creative development in close collaboration with the curatorial team to coordinate launch dates and ensure copy accuracy and visual consistency, collaborate with partners and lead campaigns from concept through launch and performance evaluation.
A key part of the role is maximising the impact of owned marketing channels (such as Samsung owned device-level placements) and working closely with local subsidiaries to ensure campaigns are effectively scaled and locally relevant.
Your key responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Take full ownerships of marketing campaigns lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery from idea to launch and continuous optimisations across different marketing channels (e.g. retail; PR; paid media; etc.).
Lead the development of compelling marketing content in collaboration with creative agencies and internal creative, curation and BD teams.
Liaise with partners to deliver co-branded marketing campaigns and lead on approvals, creative materials and overall brand alignment from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with local European subsidiaries to launch marketing campaigns in local markets that balance local subsidiary needs with Art Store marketing goals, delivering marketing campaigns that meet business goals.
Provide guidance, assets, and best practices to European subsidiaries to ensure consistent execution across markets, acting as a central point of coordination between global and local teams.
Owned Marketing Channels:
Plan and implement campaigns using Samsung owned marketing channels, such as in-product communications, device placements, CRM, and other key channels.
Maximise reach and effectiveness of these channels through testing, optimisations, and performance analysis of both creative and campaign delivery.
Coordinate with internal owners of these channels to secure placements and align on timelines.
Marketing Operations:
Manage and lead on all marketing operations for all marketing campaign executions: set up campaigns in marketing systems and tools, ensuring accurate targeting, tracking and reporting.
Monitor performance regularly and optimise campaigns based on data and insights.
Deliver clear performance analysis, learning and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining high operational standards.
Supporting Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Support develop the full marketing strategy development, working closely with Product Manager/Team Lead to shape the marketing strategy.
Translate product and service strategy into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
Contribute insights from research, performance data, market trends and user behaviour to influence roadmap and positioning.
Budget and resource allocation:
Support PM/Team Lead in budget planning, forecasting, and allocation from a marketing perspective.
Help prioritise initiatives based on impact, cost and resource availability.
Track marketing spend and support efficient use of resources.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work with a cross-functional team spanning Business Development, Curation, Marketing, Data, Product Management and Operations.
Collaborate with global stakeholders (mainly in South Korea, USA and Europe) and teams to align goals, timelines, and execution.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Ownership of marketing campaigns: Proven experience managing campaigns end to end from planning and content development to launch, optimisation and reporting.
Content creation & approval: Experience creating, reviewing, and approving marketing assets, including 3rd party/partner supplied content.
Agency management: Proven experience briefing, and day-to-day management of external creative and marketing agencies.
Marketing operations: Strong understanding of campaign setup, tracking, performance monitoring and analysis.
Owned marketing channels: Experience planning and executing campaigns using owned or platform-controlled marketing channels (i.e. in-product placement; CRM, etc.)
Experience working with European region: Experience working across European markets and with regional or subsidiary teams.
Cross-functional collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with teams across various product functionalities and regions.
Nice to have (but not required):
Adobe/Photoshop knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop to support creative adaptations and reviews
European language skills: Additional European language skills are a plus (particularly: French, German, Dutch or Swedish)
Passion for arts and culture or previous involvement in this sector or previous experience working with content-based subscription services
