Role Purpose

Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for EP Cube across Europe, focusing on the residential energy storage segment. As Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing planning, execution, and performance management to strengthen EP Cube’s brand, drive qualified leads, and support revenue growth in target markets.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Corporate Communications, Business Development, and HQ Marketing to ensure integrated campaigns, strong regional alignment, and measurable impact.

Key Outcomes (What success looks like)

  • Clear and consistent market positioning for EP Cube across European target segments.
  • Integrated, multilingual marketing campaigns (English, German, Italian) that drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated growth in qualified leads and market share across Italy, Germany, and other priority markets.
  • High-quality, data-driven performance analysis with actionable insights and KPI tracking.
  • Strengthened collaboration between regional marketing and HQ/global teams, ensuring timely alignment and brand consistency.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Define and lead EP Cube’s European marketing strategy aligned to sales targets, product roadmaps, and corporate branding.
  • Identify audience segments, channels, and key messages tailored to Italy, Germany, and neighboring markets.

Campaign Execution & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, trade marketing, and channel programs).
  • Manage agencies and vendors to deliver on-brand and on-budget campaigns.
  • Support Sales Teams with tools, collateral, and localized content to accelerate pipeline conversion.

Content & Brand Management

  • Develop and adapt marketing content for regional audiences in English, German, and Italian (website, brochures, videos, social media).
  • Ensure EP Cube brand integrity and alignment with global guidelines.

Events & Promotions

  • Organize and manage trade shows, partner events, and customer seminars in collaboration with Sales and HQ.
  • Coordinate local product launches and promotional activities.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define KPIs and measure campaign ROI, lead conversion, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze customer insights, competitor trends, and market data to refine strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Communications to align messaging and timelines.
  • Coordinate with HQ teams for global campaign support, budget alignment, and marketing automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in renewable energy, storage, solar, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies across B2B/B2C channels.
  • Strong understanding of distribution marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies, vendors, and event partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
  • Prior experience in cross-cultural collaboration; exposure to Asian business environment is a plus.

Languages

  • Fluency in English, Italian, and German (required).
  • Additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese) are an advantage.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to Global Marketing Director in a solid line and dotted line to the Head of EMEA
