Job Title: Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant
Salary: £ 57,737 - £ 70,000 (depending on experience)

Join the EAME Distribution Team as a Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant, where you will be responsible for the overall development of the Capability and Capacity of the dealer network within Sales and Marketing for Europe. The Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant is the custodian of the Marketing and Sales based metrics and capabilities within the Differentiated Dealer Capabilities Program within region, ensuring dealers adhere to and deploy related capabilities to enable Profitable Growth outcomes. The Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant will focus on growth capabilities in the areas of Sales Funnel Management, Condition Monitoring Sales, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience.
The Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant will work with Industry partners in both Aftermarket and Prime Sales to deploy impactful transformation at CAT dealers by redesigning the territory management and sales coverage processes, implementing “phygital” customer journeys, carrying out digital and marketing automation projects, driving adoption of predictive lead-generation systems and sales funnel management.
