Now Hiring:
Team Members will be at the heart of our guest experience—crafting delicious espresso drinks, preparing food items, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality. You'll rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge ($17–$18/hour + tips).
Back of the House
Café Leads support day-to-day operations of the caffè while mentoring and guiding the team. You'll work closely with managers, lead by example in service and execution, and help ensure each guest leaves with an exceptional experience ($22-$24/hour).
