Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders
- Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment.
- Review and process change requests
- Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time
- Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations
- Process and issue invoices
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Who You Are:
- Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Proficient knowledge of English
- University or college degree
- Digital literacy are necessary like: Word, Excel, Outlook
- We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions
- You gain insight into customer need
- You research initiatives and try new approaches
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of additional European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
