Job Description

 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic and display campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, etc.). 
  • Support in the setup, management, and reporting of paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn). 
  • Monitor performance KPIs, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, analytics) and external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency. 
  • Support budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across channels. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to test new channels, formats, and strategies. 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to programmatic/display buying
  • Some experience running or assisting with campaign on paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest). 
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. 
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/PowerBI). 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic e-commerce environment. 
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. 
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
