Hereβs what youβll do:Β
Assist our students via phone, email and chat with their questions, doubts and complaints
Take care of the relationship with our students, guiding them before, during and after a life-changing experience
Work closely with our franchise schools to manage issues and administration related to courses and students
Organise your workflow to deal with tasks promptly while meeting quality standards and other targets
Work closely with our Sales Team to assist in the management of bookings, payments and other queries
Be the go-to person for questions related to our latest courses, experiences, schools and campaigns
Job requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, B2B and B2C, in a similar working environment
Working proficiency in English plus a minimum of C2 level in Italian (any additional European language is a plus!)
Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented, collaborative mindset
Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce
Strong organisational, administrative and initiative skills
An understanding of EBS product or first-hand experience of an EBS course is a plus
