JOB OVERVIEW


As part of the Miele Professional team at Miele X, the Performance Marketing Manager will drive lead generation and direct sales conversion activities, with a focus on paid search (SEA) and paid social. They will be executing impactful campaigns and identifying growth opportunities for search ads, shopping activities and social ads across multiple markets worldwide, based on thorough account health analysis.


The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with local marketing teams for in-depth market and customer insights. On a cross-functional basis, they will collaborate with other members of the central digital marketing team along with Regional Marketing, Brand Marketing and IT.


Do you know all the ins and outs when it comes to Google Ads and Bing Ads, but also have hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Meta? Have you worked across a portfolio of numerous markets in a regional or a global role? Do you have strong analytical skills, and do you like to dive into data to get the most out of campaigns? YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB

  • Support the acceleration of the Miele Professional B2B business through digital paid media activities with a focus on lead generation – both quantity and quality - and sales conversion on our direct ecommerce platform.
  • Create, manage, monitor and optimize (“Immer Besser”) digital media campaigns for multiple markets.
  • Act as a trusted partner for local markets, understanding their local market and target audience insights, and providing markets with campaign reports and insights to jointly improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to provide valuable input for assert creation and align on global campaign planning campaigns and local market needs.
  • Design best-in-class strategic recommendations and present these in a constructive and cohesive manner to (non-) technical audiences.
  • Based on tracking of market trends and competitors’ activities, contribute to thought leadership, A/B testing and innovation strategy in performance marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure quality, innovation and scalability.


 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital advertising with a track record of delivering growth, preferably in B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Teams), business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker), and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Possess a get-things-done mentality paired with a data-driven mindset.
  • Commercial mindset: does understand that it is not only about lead quantity, but also about quality and reaching an acceptable cost per lead.
  • Demonstrate a fast-learning ability with a natural curiosity and keen interest in developments in the performance marketing field.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex analyses for senior management, ensuring clarity and effective decision-making.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain alignment with other central marketing team members, regional teams and markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare and present performance reports, highlight achievements, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in another European language is a plus.
