About the Role: Join our Quality Department and play a key role in rolling out a new electronic training tool and enhancing training processes across the EMEA region. This internship ensures alignment with GxP, ISO standards, and Santen’s quality framework.
Responsibilities:
•Supporting the rollout of our new electronic training tool (Veeva Training)
•Assist with setting up initial training assignments and actively monitor progress, ensuring a smooth and effective rollout of the new Veeva Training platform
•Contribute to the design of new learning programs by creating curricula, defining learner roles, and mapping training paths
Education:
•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Learning & Development, Educational Science/Educational Technology, or a Life Sciences field.
Competencies:
•Ability to understand and communicate well in English (verbal/written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Strong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
•Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
