Job SummaryAs the Regional Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading the regional strategy, managing a team of local Social Media Managers, and developing TEVEO’s presence on all levels — digital, community, and events and drive sales growth of your region.
You will combine strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of your region’s culture and market dynamics. This role requires a self-driven leader with proven experience in developing new markets, team management, creating strong local communities and influencer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the regional strategy, focusing on influencer marketing, social media growth, and community building.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a local Team across your region.
- Identify new market opportunities, brand partnerships, and event collaborations to grow TEVEO’s local presence.
- Plan and execute regional events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.
- Oversee influencer recruitment and relationship management to ensure high-impact brand collaborations.
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all regional social media channels and campaigns.
- Analyze regional performance data and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with the global team on seasonal campaigns, launches, and cross-market initiatives.
- Act as the regional brand ambassador, representing TEVEO in local events, partnerships, and community activities.
