We are currently looking for a Convenience Store Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Convenience Store Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our shop is well-stocked, attractive, and running smoothly, while providing a professional and friendly experience to every customer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient, accurate, and professional service to all customers
  • Operate and manage the point-of-sale system, including cashier closure procedures
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and correctly priced
  • Communicate with suppliers, place orders, and relay customer feedback
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet
  • Perform monthly stock takes and manage non-moving or close-to-expiry items
  • Address customer feedback proactively and find solutions to meet their needs
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive customer journey
  • Anticipate customer needs and suggest improvements to the product offering
  • Follow all hotel regulations, security procedures, and health & safety requirements
  • Demonstrate a cheerful, helpful attitude at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or cashiering experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic financial and cash-handling abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is considered an advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
