Job Responsibilities
- End-to-End Operations Execution
- Daily Monitoring and Coordination
- Execute end-to-end logistics process visualization monitoring.
- Maintain timeliness and integrity of operational system data.
- Communicate operational requirements and coordinate task closure.
- Deeply understand operational workflows and processes, and propose optimization plans and recommendations.
- Handle and resolve daily operational exceptions, propose process improvement plans based on root-cause analysis.
- Build and maintain an exception case knowledge base.
- Conduct cross-departmental exception consultations, finalize solutions, and ensure implementation.
- Execute pallet return monitoring operations.
- Propose optimization recommendations.
- Lead and implement system data maintenance.
- Test and deploy new system functionalities.
- Provide system-related user feedback and optimization suggestions.
- Lead the execution of team-related project tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to support their project deliverables.
- Train and empower new team members.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelorās degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in international air freight operations or cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Language: Proficiency in English, with strong business writing skills.
- Ability to maintain operational stability under multiple tasks and pressure.
- Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively and allocate time/resources appropriately.
- Independent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on workflow and process optimization.
- Diligent, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in a second European language (French/German) preferred.
- Experience in WMS/TMS system implementation preferred.
