Driving portfolio performance through leadership, insight, and influence. 

As a Senior Portfolio Revenue Manager, you will take IHG Hotels & Resorts’ revenue strategy to the next level by driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels. 

In this high-impact role, you’ll shape pricing and inventory strategies, influence wider commercial decisions, mentor Portfolio Revenue Managers, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise revenue across multiple markets. 

The role blends strategic leadership, data-driven insight, and commercial acumen to drive profitability at scale. 

Your Day-to-Day 

  • Act as the direct revenue leader for circa 4 hotels, holding daily, weekly, and monthly revenue generation calls with hotel teams. 

  • Provide support, coaching, and direction to allocated PRMs to ensure the execution of effective strategies and actions for revenue management. 

  • Set, support, and monitor clear performance goals and targets for allocated PRMs. 

  • Maintain expertise in IHG systems and revenue processes for yourself and your direct reports. 

  • Work closely with Revenue Services and the wider Revenue Management community to improve performance and share best practices. 

  • Stay up to date with market intelligence and industry trends, using insights to drive revenue performance across your portfolio. 

  • Role model the teams core behaviours: Ambitious, Courageous, Dedicated and Caring.  

  • Support the Revenue Services Performance Director in leading the sub-business unit team. 

What We Need from You 

  • 7+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, including leadership within multi-property environments 

  • Excellent leadership, team building, interpersonal, and coaching abilities. 

  • Experience in revenue management systems (CONCERTO, RMS, or similar) 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of revenue management principles, effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimisation, and selling strategies. 

  • Strong communication, decision-making, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and understand the impact on IHG’s goals and bottom line. 

  • Fluency in German AND English language is essential for this role. Other European languages are highly advantageous. 

     

This is a fixed term contract position for 12 months (with future opportunities) and can be based in a remote location in Germany or the UK.
