We are looking for a full-time Team Lead Energy International (f/m/d) to join our Team in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

We are currently looking for motivated experts who want to work in a fast-paced and varied environment. Here you will have the opportunity to deepen and specialise your expertise to an expert level and take on technical leadership responsibilities.

• You will actively and independently manage international projects in the real estate industry in the field of energy cost optimisation – from start to finish.
• To ensure that the right decisions are made, you will independently structure and analyse the relevant project data.
• You will develop innovative concepts for optimising energy costs and implement them successfully.
• In day-to-day business, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers and will find the right solution for every challenge, tailored to the respective local energy markets.
• To ensure the success of the project, you will manage tenders, conduct negotiations and the associated contract award discussions with energy suppliers from abroad.
• In addition, you will supervise ongoing projects, support their further development and actively contribute to their timely and successful completion.
• You will work closely with interdisciplinary and multilingual teams, ensuring that all parties involved are informed about the progress of the project and that optimal cooperation is maintained.

• You have completed vocational training or a degree (technical college/university) – preferably in international management, real estate or a field related to energy economics.
• You have several years (3-5 years) of professional experience in project management.
• Very good to fluent French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage. You also have very good English skills.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the local market characteristics and have experience working with international teams and customers.
• You also have a sound knowledge of Excel, which rounds off your profile.
• You are characterised by solution-oriented, analytical and structured thinking and action, enabling you to effectively master even complex challenges.
• Your ability to work in a team and your commitment complement your professional and confident manner.
• You strengthen team dynamics and employee development through motivational leadership, regular feedback and active support for professional development.
• Ideally, you already have experience in employee management.
