Your Team
You'll be part of our European Sales Team consisting of around 10 Direct Sales Team members and 5 Channel Partner members, working closely with colleagues across different markets to drive Formlabs' growth in the EMEA region. Our Berlin office serves as a hub for our European operations, offering a collaborative environment where technical expertise meets customer success.

Your Hiring Manager
Greg Zerbib, General Manager in EMEA - Greg brings over 10 years of experience in global technical sales (e.g. Google) and has been instrumental in building Formlabs' presence across Europe.
Your Tasks
- Train to gain: Our comprehensive 3-month onboarding covers essential skills in 3D printing, engineering problem-solving, and specialized sales coaching, ensuring you're equipped for success from day one.
- End-2-End-Sales Cycle Responsibility: Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, converting existing B2B clients/lead from inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions.
- Customer Acquisition & Region: Work with pre-qualified B2B inbound leads who are looking for printers to buy. Your prospects will mostly be technical people from medium-sized enterprises within the EMEA region.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on 3D printing applications, helping customers understand how Formlabs’ solutions can transform their workflows and grow their business.
- Coordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the Italian market and EMEA market to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and reports.
Career Perspectives

Requirements- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level) and professional proficiency in English (C1 or better fluency).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM/MATIS-related field.
- Experience in B2B Sales: 0-5 years’ experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering or similar sectors.
- Technical Expertise: A strong technical background or will to sell advanced technical or technological products is essential. A deep understanding of complex sales cycles is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

- E2E Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions.
